Salon Policy

Deposits

We require a non-refundable deposit on corrective colors and any colors that will take 3 hours or longer. This is to secure your appointment. Having previous color box in your hair is automatically a color correction.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

We have a 7 day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you’ve changed your mind about after the services were performed. You must contact the salon within 48 hours to adjust any dissatisfaction. 

Please keep in mind using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one appointment to achieve your desired results. 



Cancellations

We require a 48 hour notice for a penalty free cancellation of any appointments. Clients can cancel by using our online booking service, by calling the salon, messaging their stylist or by leaving a voicemail if out of salon hours. Clients cancelling with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of your booked appointments. We understand life happens, but this affects us also.


Late arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule. This is to respect the stylist's time as well as the next client after you. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please contact your stylist to make arrangements. 


No call no show 

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice, they will be subjected to pay 50% or more of the services booked. They are also required to attach a valid credit card on file to book further appointments. Clients who do not show on more than one occasion must pre-pay in full for any services that they would like to schedule.


Confirming appointments

Please confirm your appointments through the text message or email that is sent, if you need to reschedule please call the salon or message your stylist. Do not text the confirmation text if you need to cancel, we do not receive those texts as a text message. 


Head lice  

It is against salon policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we will not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service after 5 days, once the head lice treatment has been completed and there is no sign of infestation or eggs. 


Product refunds 

We do not offer refunds on products. If the products are defective or damaged we will give you a new one of the same or credit your account for future purchases. 


Privacy 

Information collected will only be used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
